Security and abuse prevention
To limit spam, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is stored with each submission (never the IP address itself). The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot verification service that processes technical information about your browser (Cloudflare privacy policy). Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website.
Audience measurement
This website measures its traffic with Umami, an open-source tool installed on the website's own server. It sets no cookies, does not track you across websites and cannot identify you: no data is shared with any third party. The following is recorded in aggregate form: the page viewed, the page you came from, country, language, device type and browser, along with a few anonymous actions (message sent, CV request, project opened, click through to LinkedIn). Your IP address is only used, for the duration of the visit, to determine the country and tell visits apart; it is never stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring website traffic. As this measurement is strictly anonymous, it does not require your consent (exemption granted by the CNIL).
Recipients
The data is intended solely for Sacha Zamora. It is never sold or transferred. Emails are sent through the website's email provider.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to sacha.s.zamora@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
